Way back in 1993, Let's Pretend Tea Parties was born on Wall Street in Grapevine TX. The idea came from a house wife looking to add income to her house hold while being able to have time to spend with her children. In 1995, Let's Pretend moved on to Main St where the idea was to add a Ladies Tea Room and boutique. And, so it grew and the idea spread. 2005 is the year where Holly Northcutt, owner, came in to play. After spying on the business for several years and wishing it was hers, the dream became a reality. After teaching for 4 years and working under spotlights, she knew where she really wanted to be and what she was meant to do! Now, it is 2009 and a lot has changed at Lets' Pretend. They have moved to a new and fresh location on Jenkins St and have just recently added a new children's salon. They no longer serve lunch but still cater baby and bridal events as well as their FAMOUS children's TEA PARTIES.
When you come see us at Let's Pretend, you will most likely be greeted by Holly Northcutt, owner or Megan McKinnon, manager. We hope that you always feel welcomed and comfortable while shopping with us. And, we hope to befriend each and every one of you and keep you as a friend and client for always.
